It's
the luck of the Irish to have the world's finest oysters on its
shores, we are also privileged to have two highly successful Oyster
Festivals in September each year, in celebration of the beginning
of the native oyster season.
Kelly
Galway oysters have a world-wide reputation for having a softly
sweet saltiness that the masses who travel to the Festivals each
year can experience for themselves.
But
the festivals are about much more than just oysters! Visitors
from around the world come back year after year to party and have
fun, to enjoy delicious food and drink, as well as top entertainment.
They also want to partake in one of the world's most talked-about
