When
to Order
Please note that Kelly Galway Oysters
are the native Irish Oyster and are a seasonal product, available
on-line from the first week of October to the last week of April.
Delivery
Republic of Ireland
Deliveries can be made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Bank
Holidays in Ireland
There will be no delivery on the Tuesday after a Bank Holiday Monday
in Ireland.
Christmas
Last Orders taken 15th of December.
Delivery after Christmas
The first Delivery will be in the second week in January.
Please
ensure there will be somebody at home on the day you are expecting
the delivery.
How
to store
 When
the oysters arrive they can be stored in the original basket in
which they have been hand-packed deep shell down and covered with
fresh seaweed.
The oysters are best eaten within two to three days of arrival but
if stored at a temperature of between 4 and 8°c packed in the
original basket they should remain fresh for one week after delivery.
If any shells are open slightly, tap sharply. Any that do not close
immediately should be discarded.
All

Due
to weather and tidal conditions it is important to order at least
3 working days before you would like the oysters to arrive at your
door as our Kelly Galway Oysters are fished to order and shipped
on the day of harvest. If you would like a specific delivery date
then after pressing the "buy now" shell you will be able
to state a date for your order.
